Infinity Network Solutions is dedicated to providing honest, professional, innovative and cost effective Computer Networking Support & Information Technology Consulting to ensure an the ultimate success of our clients businesses.

Tom Bovingdon, owner and operator of Infinity Network Solutions, started the company because there seemed to be a gap - there was no top quality computer technical support available for small businesses in Grey and Bruce counties. If your company was large and could afford to pay the big bucks you were okay. But smaller businesses were left to fend for themselves with a patchwork of services.

Tom's goal was to change the status quo. Infinity Network Solutions would provide top quality - yet affordable - computer service to Owen Sound and Grey-Bruce small businesses. Infinity Network Solutions' aim was to offer experienced, qualified, on-site service that allows small businesses to get the most out of their computers and computer systems.

With eight years experience in the IT field, Tom arrived in Owen Sound in 2004. He spent his first few years here working for a couple of firms doing technical support and website design.

Before coming to Owen Sound, Tom had lived in Woodstock, Ontario. In Woodstock Tom had worked for a company that was the place to go for computer related problems. He noticed there wasn't such a company here - just a handful of companies and individuals that left many small business out in the cold.

He started thinking about creating a company that would change all that; a company that would be known for providing the best possible computer products and service for small businesses in Grey-Bruce.

Tom spent hours planning and deciding on a name. Finally settling on "Infinity Network Solutions" he designed a business card, sent it to the printer, registered the domain name and hit the pavement. The rest as they say is history.

Soon he was approached by a large company in town for an IT job - providing technical support for one full day per week. From there, Infinity Network Solutions grew, mainly through word of month.

Since Tom started out as a one-man shop, he knew he needed to find other businesses that could offer products and services he can't. As a result, Infinity Network Solutions is a small firm that acts like a big one. Tom has created strategic partnerships with other businesses that meet his high standards of quality, integrity and service.

In addition to being a certified Network Engineering Technician, Tom prides himself on having good business sense. This benefits his customers two ways.

First, he looks for computer solutions that make good business sense for his customers. Tom reviews his customers' current and future needs and designs a computer system that will meet their needs, increase their productivity and reduce their costs.

Second, Tom knows how to speak in a language business people understand. There's no "geek speak" that leaves them wondering what he's talking about. He focuses on the end results of the computer and computer systems - not on the bells and whistles.
